After your visit
Follow-up support by phone or WhatsApp video
For 48 hours after any clinic visit, you can ask follow-up questions by phone or WhatsApp video call. It is included with your visit at no extra charge.
What it covers
- Questions about the plan the doctor gave you
- How to take medicines already prescribed, and side effects you notice
- Results the doctor asked to discuss with you
What it does not cover
- New prescriptions or changes to your medicines
- New problems — please book a visit
- Emergencies — call 108 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your name and the date of your visit. The doctor or clinic will call you back by phone or WhatsApp video during clinic hours, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
- Requests that arrive after clinic hours are answered from 8:00 am the next clinic day, even if your 48 hours have ended.
- The doctor introduces himself with his NMC registration number, confirms who you are, and writes a note of the advice in your medical record. Calls are not recorded.
- Take the call somewhere private. WhatsApp calls are end-to-end encrypted, and you can ask for a voice call instead of video.
- For patients under 18, a parent or guardian joins the call.
How booking works
Walk in, or book a fixed time
- Walk-in consultations (₹300) are seen in order of arrival, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Waiting time depends on how busy the clinic is.
- If you have pain, bleeding, fever or burning, tell reception when you arrive so you can be seen as a priority.
- Priority appointments (₹1,999) are at fixed times on the hour, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and are confirmed by WhatsApp or phone. Your slot is booked only once we have confirmed it.
- We reply during clinic hours. Messages sent in the evening or on Sunday are answered from 8:00 am the next clinic day.
- To change or cancel, message or call us at least 24 hours before so the slot can go to someone else. If you are running late, let us know.
Before you come, see how to prepare for your visit.
